You’ll prepare your body for the challenge ahead with a warmup featuring moves like the “world’s greatest stretch,” inchworms, and loaded beasts. Then you’ll keep the momentum going with cardio moves like jumping jacks, jump rope, butt kicks, and squat kicks.
