As an internal coach, I understand my clients’ challenges and bring a wealth of knowledge and insights that will aid them in their personal and professional development. Coaching will help them to self-reflect, create awareness, and ultimately reach their goals. Each coaching session will be a unique blend of expert guidance and professional growth.

The ASCEND Coaching Model

A – Assess and Aspire:

The coaching journey starts by assessing the current state and aspirations of the client. This step includes:

  • Self-Reflection: I encourage the clients to reflect on their values, strengths, and areas they want to develop.
  • Aspirations: Then, I will guide them through defining their long and short-term aspirations.

S – Set Clear Objectives:

In this step, I work with clients to set clear, specific, and achievable objectives for their growth and development. This step includes:

  • Goal Setting: I help the clients to articulate their goals in a way that is measurable.
  • Objective Alignment: Then, we will ensure that their objectives align with their values and aspirations.

C – Create a Plan:

Then, I will collaborate with the client to create a detailed action plan that outlines the steps to achieve their objectives. This step includes:

  • Action Steps: We will break down the client’s goals into manageable action steps.
  • Resource Planning: Then, we will reflect and identify the resources, support, and learning opportunities needed.

E–Evoke, Execute and Evolve:

I will guide the clients as they develop their action plans and adapt to changes and challenges. This step includes:

  • Implementation: I will support clients in taking consistent and precise action towards their goals.
  • Adaptation: Following the implementation step, I will help clients adapt their strategies when necessary and embrace learning through their experiences.

N – Nurture Growth:

In this phase, I encourage ongoing growth and development, both personally and professionally. This step includes:

  • Skill Building: Pushing the development of new skills and competencies.
  • Continuous Learning: Then, I will encourage clients to seek learning opportunities and expand their knowledge.

D – Determine Success:

Finally, I will evaluate the progress made toward their objectives and define success criteria. This step includes:

  • Progress Assessment: I regularly assess and celebrate clients’ success and achievements.
  • Feedback and Reflection: Encouraging clients to reflect on their journey and celebrate their successes.

This coaching model consists of focusing on self-reflection and self-assessment through goal setting and continuous growth and development.  During the coaching session, I will guide and support clients on their journey toward personal and professional advancement, helping them ascend to new heights in their professional and personal lives.
