The channel dedicated to the singer broadcasts from April 7 to May 6
Taylor Swift is getting her very own channel on SiriusXM. Named, naturally, Channel 13 (Taylor’s Version), it will broadcast beginning April 7, which is exactly 13 days before she releases her new album, The Tortured Poets Department. SiriusXM subscribers in North America can tune in on Channel 13 in their cars or on the app from April 7 through May 6.
“The versatility of Taylor’s music and the phenomenal impact she’s had in her career across so many musical genres will be on full display on Channel 13 (Taylor’s Version),” said Scott Greenstein, SiriusXM’s President and Chief Content Officer, in a statement. “We’re all experiencing a legend at work and are so thrilled to work with Taylor to present a one-of-a-kind channel that connects her fans with her extraordinary body of work.”
In addition to featuring music from throughout Swift’s career — from her hits to live, vault, and bonus tracks — the channel will also feature fans sharing their own stories about Swift and her music. On April 19 when The Tortured Poets Department arrives, and through that weekend, the channel will play the full album continuously.
Swift’s 11th studio album includes collaborations with Post Malone and Florence + the Machine, houses 17 songs, which includes a bonus track called “The Manuscript.”
The musician continues her Eras world tour in May, with a string of dates in Europe and the U.K., beginning in Paris at Paris La Défense Arena beginning May 9 through Aug. 20. She returns to North America in the fall with a slate of dates in Canada that run through December.
