Here’s the thing about me: if I like a product, it will immediately become my personality trait for the foreseeable future. Would I say I’m easily influenced? Absolutely. Would I also say that this (maybe toxic? Oops!) trait of mine has led me to finding the best products on the market? 1,000 percent. I love finding new self-care products that will enhance my life, and if treating Black Friday like a national holiday in my household is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

I have been in the fitness and wellness field for over 12 years, and through years of trial and error, I truly feel like I’ve found the products that have enhanced all of my self-care practices. While there are so many free options that you can take advantage of, these items are meant to help you level up. Whether that be innovative at-home workout equipment, the newest wellness trend that includes taping your mouth shut at night (my boyfriend is not mad about this one), cozy items for a streamlined morning routine, or wellness tech, I truly believe this list will have you covered. All of these products are in my daily rotation, and I can’t recommend these enough!

Gift guides are usually meant to help you shop for the people in your life, and while I fully encourage you to utilize this guide with that in mind, let me also give you full permission to treat yourself to a few items on this list, because you deserve it!
