For me, originally from Minnesota, it was like a fairy tale – something almost not real,” she says. It was a love affair that has so far lasted almost 3 decades.She says one main reason why celebrities and powerful business executives like living in Boulder is because it has a total lack of pretentiousness: “Everyone is someone here, but no one talks about it. The pandemic certainly has seen a big jump in interest from people who are looking to change their lifestyle and move away from big crowded cities like New York and Chicago, and move to a place like Boulder,” she says.
