Isn’t This What We Do as Moms?

We try our best to nurture and grow our families and to pass on the knowledge we have to our children in the hopes they will grow into successful adults.

So much depends on us and it can get overwhelming doing it on our own.

Life coaching can help you achieve your goals and dreams for your family. It can help you drown out all the voices that tell you who and what you need to be and focus in on what your heart knows is best for your family. It can help you find the strength, determination, and support to achieve those dreams.

The Mom and Family

Let’s look at some of the specifics of life coaching. As I look at this picture I think of these words: light, potential, nurture, and wrinkles.

Light: during coaching, we explore what is best for you and your family, despite preconceived ideas you or others may have put on you. This allows you to see through the darkness and noise of what and who you are told you need to be and to see what truly would be best for you and your family.

Potential: There is so much potential for the plant and for those tiny hands! We explore what you see for yourself, your family, and your kids. Where do you want to go in life?

Nurture: Each plant may need the basics in life;  nutrients, water, and light; but the type of nutrients found in the soil, the amount of sun, and the amount of water, differ for each type of plant. We too as moms and families will have diverse needs. To fulfill your potential, we will explore what goals to set and what support you will need to accomplish those goals. We will also explore what obstacles might get in the way and how to overcome them.

Wrinkles or life experience: both sets of hands have something unique regarding wrinkles. One has them from hard work and lots of life experiences and the other simply does not. As a mom, you bring your own experiences, learning, and strengths to your family. Your children may not have all those things, but don’t they teach us more than we sometimes realize?  Both you and your family have much already and will continue to learn and grow. During the coaching process, you can come to realize what strengths you have, strengthen your weaknesses, and learn and grow during the process.

Let’s begin this journey together by helping you and your family become who you can be!
