This 20-Minute Full-Body Resistance-Band Stretch Gets Into Every Nook and Cranny

YouTuber and NASM-certified personal trainer Sydney Cummings has our tight muscles feeling relieved with her 20-minute resistance-band stretch routine. Sydney targets a multitude of muscle groups — from head to hamstrings — to help us stretch and increase mobility. While she’s using a resistance band in her video, she mentions that you can use a T-shirt for the session. Personally, I was able to find a great stretch using a yoga strap.
